Report a concern

Anyone can report a listing or a person on ReRack — you don't need an account, and you don't need to have bought anything.

What happens next

A person reads it. A report never takes a listing down on its own — nothing here is automatic, and nobody can remove a competitor's listing by filing enough reports.
We usually won't write back. You'll hear from us only if we need something we can't get without you.
Stolen balls go to the police too. ReRack doesn't decide who owns a ball — we can't, and it would not stand up anywhere that matters. File a police report, then tell us here: give the serial number, the report number, and the department. We act on what law enforcement asks us for.

A problem with an order you placed isn't this form — open the order and use report a problem, which puts it in front of the same people with the order attached. What may and may not be listed is on the prohibited items page.

What's the concern?

Counterfeit or relabeled ballThe ball looks fake, re-badged, or sold under a name that isn't what it is.

Stolen ballYou believe this ball was taken from you. Include the serial number and any police report number.

Prohibited itemCracked, a separated or damaged core, heat damage — or something that isn't a bowling ball at all.

Deal being pushed off-platformSomeone is asking you to pay by cash app, wire, or anywhere outside ReRack.

Safety concernThreats, harassment, or anything that makes you feel unsafe dealing with someone here.
