ReRack operates an online marketplace where independent third parties list and sell used bowling equipment. ReRack does not own, possess, inspect, test, or take title to any item listed on the platform. Every sale is a contract between the buyer and the seller. ReRack is not a party to that contract.

We process the payment and, for payment purposes, are the merchant of record. That is a payments arrangement. It does not make us the seller, the manufacturer, or the distributor of any ball.

Condition grades, drilling information, usage history, plug and damage declarations, and everything else specific to an individual ball are provided by sellers. ReRack does not verify them before a listing goes live, and nobody at ReRack has handled the ball.

Badges and tags on a listing describe what the seller supplied, not what we checked. A photograph tagged “pin” means the seller tagged it that way — it is not an inspection, a certification, or a statement that the listing is accurate.

When a delivered ball materially differs from its listing, report it from the order page inside the inspection window and we will resolve it under Buyer Protection. That is a remedy, not a warranty, an inspection, or a guarantee of condition.

Ball specifications — core, coverstock, RG, differential, factory finish — are compiled from manufacturer publications and other sources and are provided “as is.” They describe a model as published, not the individual used ball in a listing.

Specifications may contain errors and may reflect a different production run. Surface preparation, resurfacing, plugging, and drilling all change how a ball performs relative to its published numbers. Do not rely on this data as a substitute for inspecting an item or consulting a pro shop.

Approval and legality information is drawn from publicly published USBC materials as of the date shown. Rules change, and drilling alters legality.

You are responsible for confirming that your equipment, as drilled and as currently surfaced, is legal for any competition you enter. ReRack makes no representation that any item is legal for sanctioned play. A fit verdict, a legality note, or a plug declaration on a listing says nothing about whether a ball will pass inspection at your tournament.

Used bowling balls may contain defects that are not visible, including internal cracks, core separation, and heat damage.

Inspect any ball you receive before use, and have questionable equipment evaluated by a qualified pro shop. Do not use a ball showing any crack.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law, ReRack's total liability arising from any transaction is limited to the greater of the fees ReRack collected on that transaction or the purchase price of the item.

ReRack is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost scores, disqualification, tournament entry fees, or property damage.

Nothing on this page limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
