Version 1.0 · Effective August 3, 2026
These may not be listed on ReRack. A first offense is a warning and the listing comes down; a second is a suspension. The list is short on purpose — almost everything about a used ball is listable if it's described honestly.
Most of the list above is really one idea: a buyer has to be able to know what they're getting. A plugged ball, a resurfaced ball, a ball with an old balance hole, a ball with a repaired crack — all listable, all with a declaration attached.
Undisclosed damage found after delivery is a seller-fault problem under Buyer Protection, which is a worse outcome for the seller than the disclosure would have been.
Seen a listing that breaks one of these, or one you believe is your stolen ball? Email support@rerackbowling.com with the listing link and what's wrong. Include the serial number if you're reporting a theft.
